MT-THL-D-BS / SCREW THRUST

Measure the bearing reaction while the shaft stays clear.

Common metric shaft requests: 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 16, 20, 25 and 30 mm. Define the actual shaft maximum, runout, bearing shoulder and thermal range before assigning the sensor bore. A hole/shaft tolerance grade such as H7/g7 does not itself specify a 0.1 or 0.2 mm running clearance.

A passage through the force measurement

Use a smooth donut for a shaft that passes freely through the sensor; a bolt washer for a clamped stack; a large annular ring for a wider service passage. A threaded center needs a defined attachment when tensile force must be transferred.

ID alone does not define an interchangeable sensor

Compare outer diameter, installed height, loading annulus, stiffness and cable exit. Keep cover plates and non-loading surfaces free of unintended contact.

Eligible ID/OD modifications target $0 NRE; new elastic-body designs require a separate review. Final pricing and dispatch appear in the formal quotation.
