Request the selected model’s STEP and tolerance drawing.
Choose a supplied option below, then include actual bore, OD/H limits and loading direction. Request the active inner land, outer support land, non-loading cover relief, cable/connector envelope and drawing revision in the 2D PDF and 3D STEP response.

Wire by signal function, then verify color and connector view.
FUTEK WC1 lists red +excitation, black −excitation, green +signal, white −signal, shield floating for the referenced shielded cable. CC19’s referenced pin assignment is 1 +EXC, 2 −EXC, 3 −SIG and 4 +SIG. Confirm connector key orientation and the drawing’s mating-face view before connecting.
| Manufacturer / interface | Function reference | Verification |
|---|---|---|
| FUTEK WC1 / CC19 | Above cable functions / pins for referenced LTH drawing | LTH400 original diagram ↗ |
| Honeywell D / TH / 41 | Use the configured model’s external wiring diagram | Model-specific document library ↗ |
| Interface LW / LWHP14 / LWCF | Cable/bridge or amplified variant drawing | Interface manufacturer families ↗ |
| HBK / HBM KMR+ | Verify excitation, signal, shield and sense scheme | KMR+ manufacturer data ↗ |
| Omega or an unlisted original | Provide exact part number, cable option and connector diagram | Request a function-by-function comparison ↗ |
Four-wire bridges on a six-wire conditioner.
Where the conditioner manual permits local sensing, connect +SEN to +EXC and −SEN to −EXC at the specified location. Remote-sense wires compensate the excitation lead drop when implemented correctly. Never infer these links from cable color, and do not treat a TEDS contact as a sense line.
TEDS Template 33 identifies a bridge sensor.
Specify the reader model, template support, memory connection, connector contacts and required calibration fields. An M8 connector alone does not establish TEDS compatibility. TEDS transfers identification/scaling information; it does not calibrate the machine’s mechanical load path. NI template reference ↗
